
Omaxe announces hospitality vertical with Rs. 6,200 Crore investment
Omaxe has announced a dedicated hospitality vertical, with plans to invest around Rs. 6,200 crore over the next 4–5 years to develop 19 hotels across five states. Spread over nearly 5 million sq. ft., the projects will cover 13 cities, including Ayodhya, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Delhi, Ujjain, Chandigarh, Amritsar and Ludhiana. Key developments include a 158-key Gateway Hotel by IHCL at The Omaxe State, Dwarka.
Visit California names Julie Coker as its next President and CEO
Visit California has appointed Julie Coker as its next President and CEO, succeeding longtime leader Caroline Beteta, who announced her retirement earlier this year. Coker, who most recently served as President and CEO of NYC Tourism + Conventions, brings over three decades of experience in hospitality and destination marketing. She will assume office on October 1, 2026, and also serve as a strategic advisor to GO-Biz.
