The programme offers seven three-month courses across the core disciplines of hotel operations: Culinary Chef, Culinary Bakery, Front Office Operations, Spa Therapist, Café Operations, Butler Services and Housekeeping Operations, each one a distinct and rewarding entry point into the profession. Each course combines structured theory with direct immersion into Roseate Hotels & Resorts’ daily operations training alongside experienced hospitality professionals from day one. Industry practitioners and visiting faculty from India’s finest institutions deliver every course, ensuring students graduate with skills that are immediately relevant and practically grounded.
This initiative draws its strength from two institutions that are, each in their own right, leaders in their field. Bird Academy, India’s most credentialled hospitality education and skilling organisation and Roseate Hotels & Resorts, one of India’s most respected luxury hospitality brands, together create a programme where purposeful skilling and real-world training converge to build the hospitality professionals India’s flourishing industry deserves. Every enrolled student receives a monthly stipend in recognition of their commitment, joint certification from both institutions upon completion and placement consideration across Roseate’s portfolio. Exposure across hotels, cafés, spas and wellness environments ensures students graduate with the breadth of experience and professional network that rewarding careers are built on.
