Inspired by the region’s rich culinary heritage, the festival is more than just a dining experience, it is a celebration of the flavours, traditions, and warm hospitality that define Rajasthan.
The culinary experience has been thoughtfully curated by Chef Chetan Singh, Master Chef, Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, alongside Chef Umesh Singh, Executive Chef, Novotel New Delhi City Centre. Together, they have crafted a menu that showcases Rajasthan’s iconic flavours, traditional recipes, and time-honoured cooking techniques, offering guests an authentic taste of the region’s rich gastronomic legacy.
Showcasing a lavish buffet alongside interactive live stations, Padharo Mhare Feast brings together authentic recipes, regional ingredients, and the vibrant spirit of the desert state. Guests can savour the crisp indulgence of freshly fried kachoris, the comforting richness of handcrafted breads, and an array of tangy, spicy, and sweet delicacies that capture the essence of Rajasthani cuisine.
The thoughtfully curated menu features both vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties, accompanied by traditional breads and desserts that reflect the state’s rich culinary legacy. Each dish has been prepared using authentic recipes and regional spices, offering diners a genuine taste of Rajasthan’s celebrated food culture.
