INDEVA Hotels & Resorts, a unit of India Expo Mart Limited (IEML), has signed a management agreement with Royal Estcon Pvt. Ltd. to operate a new property under its budget brand, The Mor Stays, in Delhi NCR. The 30-room hotel will feature a multi-cuisine restaurant and banquet facility. This strategic move strengthens INDEVA’s footprint in the mid-scale segment, offering modern, affordable stays for business and leisure travellers alike.
Sikkim to host 13th International Tourism Mart 2025
The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, will host the 13th International Tourism Mart (ITM) for the North Eastern Region from 13–16 November 2025 in Gangtok, Sikkim. The event will be inaugurated by Hon’ble Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, alongside Chief Ministers Prem Singh Tamang and Pema Khandu. Designed to showcase the region’s cultural diversity and adventure potential, ITM 2025 will see participation from 19 countries, 39 international operators, and key domestic and global stakeholders.
