Overlooking the resort’s landscaped courtyards, Vista serves as the hotel’s signature all-day dining restaurant where culinary artistry meets comfort. The menu brings together global influences and Indian favourites such as Lamb Polpettes, Spicy Tiger Prawns Tagliatelle, Funghi e Tartufo Pizza — each crafted with care at the restaurant’s interactive live kitchens. Bathed in natural light and surrounded by warm wooden tones and soft greenery, Vista transitions seamlessly through the day — vibrant over breakfast, leisurely through lunch, and elegantly calm by evening. An inviting alfresco section extends the experience outdoors, where the calm of the Aravallis and the resort’s serene courtyards lend a sense of ease and connection to nature.
Extending the resort’s spirit of relaxed refinement, The Promenade Lounge, overlooking the courtyard and its beautiful water fountain, reflects a calm and contemporary spirit in an intimate form. Designed for unhurried moments, from morning coffee and afternoon tea to evening cocktails, it blends soft teal tones, marble accents and warm wood finishes to create a mood of quiet sophistication. The menu offers refined comfort through Lamb Burgers, Quesadillas, Truffle Mushroom Vol-au-Vents and Kathi Rolls, alongside artisanal platters and indulgent desserts like Raspberry Lava Cake and Basque Cheesecake. An extensive selection of teas, single-origin coffees, fine wines and classic cocktails completes the experience.
