Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity recently announced the appointment of Parminder Singh Chauhan as the new Learning & Development Manager. With over 18 years of experience across hospitality, training, and human resources, Parminder brings a visionary and people-centric approach to talent development and operational excellence.
Parminder’s journey in hospitality began with Hyatt Regency New Delhi, and since then he has held key learning and HR leadership roles with esteemed brands such as Radisson Blu, Holiday Inn, and Accor’s Novotel in Ahmedabad and Jaipur. His extensive experience in pre-opening strategies, training needs analysis, employee engagement, and leadership development has consistently driven performance, compliance, and service culture at scale.
In his most recent role at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, Parminder played an instrumental role in pre-opening initiatives for one of South Asia’s largest MICE hotel. He was responsible for building the L&D strategy from the ground up – developing SOPs, leading recruitment and induction drives, and curating impactful training modules that blended brand standards with local insights.
At Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, Parminder will lead Learning and Development initiatives across all departments, with a focus on nurturing talent, driving impactful training outcomes, and building a strong leadership pipeline to support the hotel’s culture of service excellence and continuous growth.
