AirAsia Thailand announces services from Hyd to Bangkok and Chennai to Phuket
AirAsia Thailand continues with its expansion in India by introducing direct flights from Hyderabad to Bangkok and Chennai to Phuket. The new flight services are set to take off on October 27, 2024 for Hyderabad and October 30, 2024 for Chennai. The Hyderabad – Bangkok route will kick off with 4 flights weekly, while Chennai-Phuket will be 3 flights weekly.
Etihad Airways to offer A380 and 787 services to Paris
Etihad Airways has announced the expansion of its services to Paris, with double daily flights starting 15 January 2025. The new flight schedule will feature the return of Etihad’s iconic Airbus A380 from 1 November 2024, followed by the introduction of the state-of-the-art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on the second daily flight from 15 January 2025.
Turkish Airlines announces its flights to Sydney
Turkish Airlines adds Sydney to its robust flight network. With its second foray into the continent, flag carrier airline also marks the city as its first destination in Australia to have non-stop flights. Set to start on December 4, 2024, İstanbul – Sydney flights will be operated four times a week via Kuala Lumpur with Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
SriLankan Airlines’ ‘Colours of Jaffna’ Campaign wins PATA Gold Award
