Prior to joining the Sarovar Hotels, he worked with The Hilton Mumbai, Sahara Star, Accor, Grand Hyatt & Oberoi Hotels. His last assignment was with Hilton, Mumbai in the role of Director Food and Beverage.
Brijesh is a Diploma holder in Hotel Management from Rizvi Collage of Hotel Management, Mumbai.
