The appointment comes as Trehan IRIS builds its next phase of growth across residential, commercial and retail real estate. The group brings more than seven decades of experience to a portfolio that also spans hospitality, with an emphasis on spaces shaped around wellbeing, community and customer needs.
Rane brings cross-sector experience spanning real estate, retail, consumer brands, asset management, marketing and business development. His career connects business and brand strategy with physical consumer spaces, including the management of real estate assets, the creation of consumer-facing destinations and growth initiatives across established organisations and new-age brands.
Prior to joining Trehan IRIS, Rane served as Chief Growth Officer at DailyObjects, with a mandate covering offline business growth and expansion, the development of its physical retail footprint and new business channels.
Earlier, during his tenure with ICS Group, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at PPZ and CEO of SPACES, working across asset management, retail and mixed-use destinations, technology parks and public spaces. His earlier experience in advertising and retail further shaped his understanding of consumer behaviour, brand strategy and business development.
