IHG signs Garner Hotel Jim Corbett
IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed the 50-key Garner Hotel Jim Corbett in partnership with United Hospitality Management India. Scheduled to open in Q2 2027, the hotel will be located in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, and owned by Victorian Corporation. The signing marks Garner’s sixth property in India and reflects IHG’s strategy to expand its midscale portfolio across high-potential leisure destinations beyond major metropolitan markets.
