In the current role, Samuel will oversee the 81-key property’s overall operations, commercial performance and financial management, with a focus on revenue optimisation and driving GOP.
With expertise in P&L management, yield strategy, operational excellence and team leadership, Samuel has built a strong track record in driving business performance and enhancing guest experiences.
Prior to this, Samuel served as General Manager at Clarks Hotels & Resorts, where he led the property from pre-opening to profitable operations and as Director of Operations at Park Regis Goa, overseeing operations, sales, revenue and service delivery.
