Taj West End, Bengaluru has appointed of Taronish Karkaria as its new General Manager. A second-generation hotelier with over two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Taronish brings with him a dynamic leadership style, deep operational expertise, and a passion for crafting unforgettable guest experiences.
A prominent leader within the IHCL group, Taronish has successfully led some of its most iconic properties, most recently serving as the pre-opening General Manager of Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa. Prior to this, he held the role of Director of Operations at Taj Palace, New Delhi—India’s largest luxury convention hotel.
Taronish’s illustrious career also includes key leadership roles at renowned hotels such as The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, and Taj Lands End, Mumbai. His operational acumen is complemented by a commitment to guest satisfaction, revenue optimization, and team mentorship.
