Rajat brings with him over 17 years of extensive experience in hospitality engineering and project management, with a strong track record in hospitality project execution, MEP services design, and delivery excellence. His domain expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving the group’s technical strategy and accelerating the execution of its expanding development pipeline.
Over the years, Rajat has worked with several esteemed hospitality and real estate brands, including Apeejay Group, IHG Hotels & Resorts, M3M, and The Grand, New Delhi, where he led key infrastructure and engineering initiatives for large-scale hotel projects.
