An emerging education and industrial hub in Uttarakhand, Roorkee is anchored by IIT Roorkee and supported by leading private universities, a diversified manufacturing base, and one of India’s oldest defence cantonments. Park Inn & Suites by Radisson, Navi Mumbai (Airoli), expected to open in Q3 2028, will be located in the heart of the business district with prominent frontage on Airoli Road and close proximity to Digha railway station.
