With almost 20 years of experience in housekeeping operations, she consistently achieves the highest ratings for guest satisfaction and room cleanliness. The Oberoi, Suryagarh Palace, Taj Man Singh, Taj Skyline, and Taj Ganges were among the places she has worked after starting her career at Hilton Towers in Mumbai. Manu enjoys spending time with her dog when she is not working
Sahil has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality and guest relations sectors from his work with well-known businesses in India. At the Majestic Park Plaza Ludhiana, Sahil began his career as the front desk supervisor. He later worked at The Lalit New Delhi, Radisson Blu Agra, and Hilton Garden Inn, New Delhi. His most recent task was with the Hilton in Jaipur.
By ensuring that the Rooms Division complies with brand standards, focusing on customer demands, increasing revenues, and maximising the department’s financial performance, Sahil will seek to improve guest happiness in his new position. He is a diligent disciplinarian with strong communication and analytical skills.
