The ten-day culinary celebration will showcase the rich and diverse flavours of Asia through an immersive dining experience featuring authentic recipes, premium ingredients and masterfully crafted dishes inspired by some of the continent’s most celebrated cuisines.
Guests will have the opportunity to savour an extensive spread of handcrafted sushi and sashimi, delicate dim sums, comforting ramen, fragrant Thai curries, Asian street food favourites, live cooking stations and an indulgent selection of desserts. Each dish will be thoughtfully prepared by the hotel’s culinary team using traditional techniques while embracing contemporary presentation.
