In his new role, Singh will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel’s F&B operations, including its dining outlets and event spaces. His expertise spans service excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth in the luxury hospitality segment.
Singh’s journey with Marriott International began in 2013 and includes leadership roles across multiple global destinations such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Cambodia, Thailand, and India. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Director of Food & Beverage at The St. Regis Goa Resort, where he successfully led operations across nine dining venues and event facilities, significantly enhancing guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
Recognized for his strategic mindset and deep industry knowledge, Singh has consistently driven F&B innovation and service standards across diverse markets.
