In his most recent roles, including his tenure as Regional General Manager at Sterling Resorts, Alleppey and Area General Manager at Sterling Resorts, Kodai Mr. Manikonda showcased his ability to oversee resort operations, develop business plans, manage budgets, and drive marketing efforts. He played a pivotal role in transitioning hotels to higher standards of guest sophistication and business excellence
Furthermore, his strategic insights and people-centric approach led to substantial growth, with revenue increasing year on year, and his expertise extended to team development, resulting in team members ascending to leadership positions within the hospitality sector.
