His prior experience includes serving as Front Office Manager at Sterling Puri since March 2024, where he played a pivotal role in improving guest satisfaction and implementing front office strategies.
Rakesh has worked with prominent hospitality brands like Welcome Hotel, Port Blair; Sarovar Portico (Ahmedabad and Ludhiana); Hotel Lords Plaza, Surat; and Best Western Hotel Amrutha Castle, Hyderabad, earning a reputation as a valuable contributor to organizational growth.

Before this, he served as Spa Manager at The Lalit Chandigarh since March 2024. Nilesh’s career spans esteemed roles at leading properties such as Hyatt Amritsar, Crowne Plaza Today Okhla New Delhi, Intercontinental Eros Nehru Place, and Taj Mahal Palace & Towers Mumbai, among others.
