Bringing nearly 18 years of expertise in Front Office Management, Revenue Optimization, Hotel Sales, and Online Distribution, Rakesh Kumar Bhuyan steps in as the Front Office Manager at Lyfe Hotels Bhubaneswar. His prior experience includes serving as Front Office Manager at Sterling Puri since March 2024, where he played a pivotal role in improving guest satisfaction and implementing front office strategies.
Rakesh has worked with prominent hospitality brands like Welcome Hotel, Port Blair; Sarovar Portico (Ahmedabad and Ludhiana); Hotel Lords Plaza, Surat; and Best Western Hotel Amrutha Castle, Hyderabad, earning a reputation as a valuable contributor to organizational growth.

Nilesh Kumar, a veteran in the wellness and spa industry with nearly 20 years of experience, has been appointed as the Spa Manager at Lyfe Hotels Bhubaneswar. Before this, he served as Spa Manager at The Lalit Chandigarh since March 2024. Nilesh’s career spans esteemed roles at leading properties such as Hyatt Amritsar, Crowne Plaza Today Okhla New Delhi, Intercontinental Eros Nehru Place, and Taj Mahal Palace & Towers Mumbai, among others.
