Beyond showcasing Baku, the discussions introduced India’s wedding fraternity to Azerbaijan’s wider luxury landscape, including the alpine beauty of Shahdag and the vineyards and countryside experiences of Shamakhi. The focus remained on creating distinctive celebrations that blend luxury, culture, nature, and impeccable hospitality.
Industry leaders exchanged ideas on overcoming market barriers while leveraging Azerbaijan’s visa-friendly policies, expanding flight connectivity, premium hotel inventory, and destination versatility to accelerate growth from the Indian weddings segment.
