A seasoned hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience, including more than a decade with Marriott International, Neha has built her career around elevating guest experiences, developing high-performing teams and strengthening operational performance with quiet consistency and purpose.
Since joining JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity as Director of Rooms, she has played a defining role in advancing the hotel’s operational standards while leading one of the property’s most significant transformation projects — the extensive renovation of all guest rooms and the Executive Lounge, executed with meticulous planning and without compromising the guest experience. Alongside this, she has driven thoughtful innovation through the repositioning of Spa by JW and sustainability-led enhancements that reflect a more conscious approach to luxury.
Known for a leadership style that is collaborative, grounded and deeply people-first, Neha has earned the trust of teams and peers alike through her ability to lead with both discipline and heart. Her contribution extends beyond the hotel, including serving as Rooms Lead Trainer for the opening of JW Marriott Kaafu Atoll Island Resort & Spa, Maldives, and as a member of Marriott International’s Women’s Associate Resource Group (WAN) in South Asia, a platform that champions mentorship, inclusion and the advancement of women leaders.
Her journey across leading luxury hotels, including senior roles within Marriott and other international brands, has been marked by a strong commitment to service excellence, innovation and mentorship. In her new role, she will oversee hotel operations with a continued focus on elevating experiences, nurturing talent and driving the hotel’s next phase of growth.
