
The participation reaffirmed the Ministry’s continued commitment to strengthening its engagement with India’s travel trade fraternity and underscored Israel’s long-term focus on the Indian outbound travel market. The platform brought together leading corporates, travel professionals, tour operators, destination representatives and industry stakeholders from across the country, fostering partnerships and exploring new opportunities.
Over the course of the two-day congress, the Israel Ministry of Tourism engaged with 50+ corporates through pre-scheduled B2B meetings and networking interactions, discussing collaborative MICE opportunities to promote Israel among the Indian audience. Conversations focused on Israel’s diverse tourism offerings across MICE, leisure, culinary and wellness tourism, while providing partners with updates on the destination’s evolving tourism landscape and future opportunities for collaboration. Supported by approx. Supported by 200 Level 1 and Level 2 (5-star and 4-star) hotels offering around 36,000 upscale rooms across the country, Israel is well-equipped to host incentive groups, conferences and business events of varying scales, alongside world-class leisure experiences. Building on the strong interest witnessed at the event, the Ministry is also looking forward to welcoming several MICE groups from India in the coming months.

IMOT’s participation at the MILT Congress forms part of its broader efforts to equip the travel trade with updated destination knowledge while reinforcing confidence in Israel as a compelling destination for Indian travellers.
