Throughout his tenure at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, he held several key roles in the food and beverage operations, gaining extensive expertise in hospitality management.
Walter played an integral role in the pre-opening team at the iconic Grand Hyatt Goa, where he started as an Outlet Manager and later rose to the position of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. His leadership and strategic vision led to his appointment as the pre-opening Director of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Lucknow in 2017, where he was instrumental in successfully launching the hotel.
Walter continued his journey with Hyatt, returning to Grand Hyatt Goa as Director of Food & Beverage before moving to Hyatt Regency Kathmandu in 2022 as Director of Operations. His strong operational acumen and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences have made him a respected leader within the Hyatt brand.
