Ambwani began his journey with Hyatt 13 years ago when he joined the Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa in 2009 as a Duty Manager. Post this stint he was elevated to various managerial positions at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyatt Pune where he took up his first executive committee role as Director of Rooms, followed by Director of Operations at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh. Later, he was assigned to open the first Hyatt Place brand in Rajasthan as a General Manager.
An intuitive and passionate leader well-versed with a multi-cultural and dynamic environment, Ambwani will be responsible for managing the hotel across all departments, including fostering Hyatt’s culture of care for all stakeholders of the hotel while ensuring all guests a share worthy and memorable experience for which the Hyatt Centric brand is known for. Drawing on his vast experience in Operations and his excellent understanding of the ever-evolving needs of today’s savvy explorers, he will drive the team to continue to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
