Experience the grandeur, flavours and traditions of Rajasthan as Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida presents ‘Rajwada Rang,’ a specially curated Rajasthani Food Festival at Café on 3 from June 26 to July 4, 2026 between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
Transforming Café on 3 into a vibrant Rajasthani setting, the venue will be adorned with traditional décor, colourful accents and cultural elements that evoke the charm of Rajasthan, creating an immersive dining experience for guests.
The festival has been thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Ashutosh Bisht in collaboration with Guest Chef Hem Singh Gurjar from Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre. A native of Rajasthan, Chef Hem brings with him generations of culinary knowledge and an intimate understanding of the state’s rich food traditions. His expertise and deep-rooted connection to the cuisine ensure that guests experience the authentic recipes, flavours and aromas of the desert state.
The gastronomic journey begins with traditional soups such as the nourishing Bajre Ki Raab and the robust Mutton Paya Ka Raab, offering guests a taste of Rajasthan’s rustic culinary roots. The experience continues with an array of appetizers including Paneer Rajwada, Kadai Ki Seekh, Jaipuri Tangri Kebab and Jaisalmeri Murgh Malai Roll, each crafted to highlight the region’s distinctive spices and cooking techniques.
For the main course, diners can indulge in an elaborate spread featuring beloved classics such as Rajasthani Kadhi, Dal Marwadi, Gatte Ki Curry and the unique Gulab Jamun Ki Sabzi. Non-vegetarian specialties including the fiery Laal Maas and flavourful Mutton Banjara bring the bold essence of Rajasthan’s royal kitchens to the table. Accompaniments such as freshly prepared Bajra Ki Roti and traditional Churma complete the feast.
The culinary voyage concludes on a sweet note with iconic Rajasthani desserts including Ghewar Malai, Alwar Ka Milk Cake and Mawa Kachori showcasing the region’s celebrated dessert traditions.
