In his new role, Chef Ashutosh will lead the kitchen operations across the hotel’s dining outlets and banquet services, leveraging his vast expertise in multi-cuisine offerings, large-scale banquet execution, and team development. His culinary repertoire spans Italian, Asian, Indian, and Continental cuisines, and he has successfully led events catering to over 1500 guests while upholding the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
