He has enterprising streak over the course of his two-decade long career in hospitality, remaining particularly fond of the Food & Beverage and Rooms Division where he is known to be an innovator.
He has held key position in Accor as Operations Manager at Ibis Navi Mumbai Unit Head and Operations Manager at Grand Mercure Mysore. As well as served Novotel Chennai Sipcot as Food and Beverage Manager, F&B Head at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Banquet Manager & Outlets Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Airport and has also been part of special task force assignment at Novotel Pune and Novotel Kolkata. Yogesh has been bestowed with many an accolades in recognition of his exemplary skills, work ethic and delivery. He has also been awarded the ‘Manager of the Year- Food & Beverage’ by Hotelier India in 2016 & Accor Food & Beverage Person of the year 2017 amongst many other honors.
Pursuing his Master’s Degree in Business Administration & Management from DY Patil University, he is also a qualified hospitality professional with Bachelor in Hospitality Studies from VMU University. He has also been part of various prestigious learning & development program of Accor, like IELP (India Executive Leadership Program) & GLP (Global Leadership Program-Executive Leader).
Yogesh is also known in his professional and personal circles for his great interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with people.
