My passion for the hospitality industry was ignited early in my career when I had the privilege of starting at The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra. It was there that I discovered my love for creating unforgettable guest experiences, and it set the foundation for the fulfilling journey ahead. As I immersed myself in the world of hospitality, I realized the power of genuine service and attention to detail in crafting memorable stays for our valued guests.
While my journey began as a Sales Assistant, I soon felt a calling to delve into the realm of Human Resources. With a desire to make a broader impact on the industry and its people, I took a leap of faith and pursued my passion in HR. This decision opened new doors, allowing me to explore the intricate world of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Over the course of ten years, I have had the opportunity to work with esteemed hospitality establishments. From joining the prestigious Oberoi Group in the sales department to taking a break for further studies, my journey has been an amalgamation of learning and growth.
My stint at The Grand Placements consultancy further refined my skills in talent acquisition and management, and I soon found myself back in the hospitality sector, where my heart truly belonged. Working with esteemed brands like The Lalit New Delhi, Hyatt Regency Delhi, and Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park has been nothing short of inspiring.
In the pursuit of excellence, I have pushed myself to achieve academic milestones alongside my professional journey. I am proud to hold a double Master’s Degree, with a Master in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources and a Master of Arts in Economics. These qualifications have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and have empowered me to drive positive change in both guest experiences and employee engagement.
Today, I stand humbled and excited to serve as the Human Resources Manager at Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow. This opportunity is a dream come true for any hospitality professional, and I am eager to contribute my expertise to elevate the hotel’s reputation for excellence further.
