Travel across the globe was significantly impacted, especially the airlines industry, which also affected Fareportal in a significant manner.
Post pandemic, which sector, as per your booking data, picked up first in terms of bookings / travel?
The expanded North American domestic travel sector (USA, Canada, Central America, and the Caribbean) kept providing some business opportunities during the pandemic and recovered rapidly in the first half of 2021.

Fareportal aims at driving significant growth and expansion over the next 5 years. The focus will be on introducing new products, new technologies and driving strong customer loyalty programs, and maintaining Fareportal’s position as a top and preferred OTA’s
Which is more important – servicing partners or clients? How do you keep a balance in both?
For Fareportal both travellers and service partners are equally important, as we are the conduit between the service provider and customer. Our focus remains on high customer satisfaction, and we engage extensively with our service partners to continue to drive products and services to support our customers.
