This fifteen-day food fest starting from 16th January will confer opulence in every preparation as it is prepared by following old traditional cooking required for capturing the perfect taste and aromas from signature dishes of the cuisine of that time. This curated culinary experience revives recipes once reserved for royalty—where slow cooking, delicate spices, and luxurious ingredients define grandeur on a plate.
It is an opportunity to tantalize your taste buds with delectable delicacies from royal cuisines and appease your appetite with recipes such as Murgh Mughlai Biryani, Gosht Yakhni Biryani, Navratan Korma Biryani, The Murgh Awadhi Korma Biryani, Gosht Awadhi Korma Biryani, Dhingri Awadhi Korma Biryani considered as gems of royal cuisine.
An assortment of Awadhi and Mughal breads is another highlight of the fest which includes saffron-kissed Sheermal, paper-thin Roomali Roti, soft and slightly sweet Taftaan, and rustic Kulcha. These are served alongside traditional curries and accompaniments inspired by the Mughal and Awadhi eras.
