Ebix ICE would like to thank all 14 hotels who participated as accommodation partners along with Sunway Lagoon Convention that hosted two galas of 2000 pax each, various Indian restaurants in Kuala Lumpur – the likes of Sagar and Havelli were exceptional, Genting Highlands, our Ground and logistics partners Universal and above all the support from MYCEB (Malaysian Convention & Exhibition Bureau), tour managers and an efficient operations team of Ebix ICE.
To manage this mammoth operations there were 130 people from Ebix ICE , besides we used 110 coaches and an army of local guides and hotel staff.
