The hotel has recently introduced the second season of its annual food promotion – ‘22 Reasons to be Happy’. The wholesome ala carte menus offer 22 selections of Biryanis, Pizzas, Pastas, Burgers and Sandwiches at Glasshouse – the multi cuisine restaurant.
Curated by a hard working team, who sat round the clock to select and perfect every dish on the menu, the food and hospitality at the hotel will truly leave you feeling loved and satiated. Spearheaded by Chef Mukesh, who carries with him close to 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, the menu presents an exhaustive array of options to choose from. There are 22 selections of Biryanis, Pizzas, Pastas, Burgers and Sandwiches coupled by tempting Cakes at Café O’ Lait – the patisserie and refreshing Cocktails & Mocktails at Pose – The Fashion Bar. Each menu has a Signature offering such as Choudhary Saab Ki Biryani, Big Pan Pasta, Chocolate Pizza, DoubleTree Cookie Cake, Mobley Burger, Glasshouse Club Sandwich and DoubleTree Cookie Shake, which are highly recommended!
Kick-starting the meal with the quintessential DT Cookie Shake, some of the must try delicacies includes Bhatti Ka Murgh, Garden Fresh Pizza, Chicken Chettinad and Lahori Murgh Biryani along with the sumptuous Jhinga Curry.
Executive Chef Mukesh Kumar brings with him an in depth understanding of kitchen operations, exposure of gastronomy trends and a sharpened skill set which helps him in elevating the customer’s dining experience. He is proficient in cooking Indian, Italian and Chinese cuisines. Promoting the talented Chef, F&B Manager Manvendra Pratap Singh who comes with him over 13 years of extensive hospitality experience is equally passionate about making dining a memorable experience.
