With over 20 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Nisshant brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, strategic leadership, and commercial performance. Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, he was associated with Hyatt Regency Lucknow as Director of Sales & Marketing, where he played a significant role in driving commercial and operational success while strengthening the hotel’s market positioning.
Nisshant began his hospitality journey as Team Leader – Rooms Division at Shangri-La Hotel, New Delhi and has since built an impressive career across several renowned hospitality brands. Over the years, he has contributed to the growth and success of prominent organisations including The Qutab Hotel New Delhi, Hilton Hotel, Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini, The Leela Gurugram, The Westin Resort and Spa, Radisson Blu New Delhi Dwarka, Pride Plaza Aerocity, and The Soaltee Kathmandu.
In his new role, Nisshant will oversee hotel operations and focus on enhancing service excellence, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
