Curated by Executive Chef Abhishek Singh and team, the Mother’s Day splash Brunch will feature a thoughtfully prepared menu that blends comforting favourites with global flair, using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients from the hotel’s JW Garden. From indulgent breakfast classics to gourmet mains and handcrafted desserts, the spread is a true celebration of taste and love.
Guests can look forward to a flavourful journey starting with Mama’s Soup and Tom Kha, followed by refreshing salads such as Smoked Chicken Caesar, Grilled Prawns with Avocado and Balsamic, and Tandoori Chicken with Quinoa and Microgreens. The Indian main course features comforting favourites like Murg Makhanwala, Nalli Rogan Josh, and Chingri Malai Curry, while the Italian counter serves up Chicken Piccata with Lemon Caper Sauce and Lamb Ragu with Pappardelle.
Interactive live stations will include Risotto, Homemade Pasta, Haleem and Roti Jala, while the carving station showcases Herb-Crusted Roasted Chicken, Slow-Roasted Leg of Lamb with Jus and Honey Glazed Pork Loin. To end on a sweet note, indulge in elegant desserts like Blush of Love, Sweet Embrace, La Vie en Rose, and Mom’s Garden Delight.
Guests can raise a toast to Mothers with a refreshing beverage menu featuring Sangrias, Aperol Spritz with a hint of orange, Mimosas, Espresso Martinis, Breakfast Martinis and a selection of iced teas for the perfect pairing to a leisurely afternoon.
