Cordelia Cruises returns to Mumbai Port for West Coast sailings!
Cordelia Cruises returned to the Mumbai port on September 23 and it will be homeport here till June 2024. After a series of successful sailings to Sri Lanka in June 2023, the Cordelia became the first Indian cruise to set sail internationally. The upcoming itineraries of 4 nighters to Mumbai, Kochi Lakshadweep and Goa promise a blend of festivities and relaxation. Cordelia will embark to the Middle East in June 2024.
Royal Thai renews contract with VFS Global for visa applications
As a part of the mandate, VFS Global will roll out drop box services in tier 2 cities such as Ranchi, Aurangabad, Bhopal, Indore, Nagpur, Nasik, Coimbatore, Mangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, Vijayawada, Currently the service is available at Agra, Amritsar, Dehradun, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Guwahati, Patna, Bihar, Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur, Siliguri and Visakhapatnam. The VFS Global newest visa application centre (VAC) in Lucknow (a drop box facility earlier) will also accept applications for Thailand visas.
Jazeera Airways reduces in-flight single use plastic
Jazeera Airways has recently introduced sustainable food service ware on all flights across its network of 64 destinations. By changing from plastic cutlery to 100% biodegradable spoons, forks, knives and napkins, Jazeera reduces 300 kilograms of plastic on its flights each month. The cutlery manufactured by Dubai based Palmade is made from natural materials including leaves of the date palm trees.
