
GNTO wraps four-city Germany Roadshow in India
The German National Tourist Office (GNTO) India successfully concluded its four-city roadshow across Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Mumbai from November 17–20, 2025, drawing over 120 travel agents in each city. Reinforcing India as a key source market, the event united partners including Lufthansa Group, Rail Europe, Visit Berlin and Value Retail. Together, they showcased Germany’s diverse tourism appeal, positioning it as a preferred destination for Indian travellers.
Karnataka Tourism rolls out strategic B2B Roadshows across South India
The Karnataka Tourism Society has launched a focused Destination Promotion B2B Roadshow campaign to expand its regional footprint and position Karnataka as a leading travel destination. Conducted with key government and industry partners, the campaign will span Coimbatore, Cochin, Madurai and Salem from November 25–28, 2025. Around 42 Karnataka stakeholders will engage directly with South Indian travel trade buyers, with expected participation exceeding 570 tour operators across the four cities.
Air India Express unveils Tsüngkotepsü Livery Aircraft in Nagaland
Air India Express marked its partnership with Hornbill Festival 2025 by presenting a specially liveried Boeing 737-8 inspired by the Tsüngkotepsü warrior shawl, symbolising Nagaland’s tribal heritage. Chief Minister Shri Neiphiu Rio received the aircraft at Dimapur Airport amidst a cultural welcome by traditional dancers. As Official Travel Partner, the airline also announced a 15% discount on travel to and from Dimapur.
FHRAI & FPO organise Hospitality and Farmers’ benefit Summit 2025
Shri Devesh Chaturvedi, Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, called for direct, long-term partnerships between hotels and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) to ensure quality, chemical-free produce and boost farmer incomes. Speaking at the FHRAI-organised FPO–Hospitality & Farmers’ Benefit Summit 2025, he said India’s 40,000 FPOs can meet the hospitality sector’s demand for clean food. Such collaborations, he noted, would reduce middlemen, stabilise pricing, strengthen supply chains and support sustainable tourism,
