“Artificial Intelligence (AI) stands as a transformative force across industries, and within the sphere of hotel and travel, its impact is particularly pronounced. In the contemporary digital landscape, customer-centric experiences hold paramount importance. The evolution of technologies like AI and ChatGPT stands as a testament to reshaping the paradigms of the hotel and travel industry. We don’t wish to discuss the same old topics at our Convention and wanted our members to learn something new this time, which is why we selected the theme of ‘Smart Tourism’ for our event. I can guarantee that every OTOAI member, who will attend this Convention, will take something meaningful back from it.”
