VFS Global and TAAI organise Visa Insights Workshop in Hyderabad
In a significant step towards enhancing the visa application experience for Indian travellers, VFS Global and the Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) joined hands to successfully host a Visa Insights Workshop titled Consultant-to-Officer Dialogues in Hyderabad, Telangana, on May 17, 2025. The interactive session was attended by 40 travel agents from the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh chapters of TAAI and staff from the VFS Global Visa Application Centre.
Niyo introduces ’24-hour doorstep delivery’ in travel banking
India’s pioneering travel-banking fintech platform, Niyo, has launched Niyo Express – a 24- hour doorstep delivery service for its international debit card, designed specifically for last-minute international travellers. The service is currently available across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. Keeping in mind the summer travel season, Niyo is offering this service completely free for a limited time period. The launch of Niyo Express is a direct response to emerging travel trends and the evolving needs of international travellers.
Emirates unveils A380 livery for Courier Express Service
Emirates has unveiled a striking new A380 livery to mark the launch of Emirates Courier Express, its new door-to-door delivery solution. The livery—designed and applied in-house by Emirates Engineering—is inspired by brown paper packages, with kraft wrap effects, a ‘special delivery’ stamp, and the Emirates Courier Express logo prominently displayed. This marks the first-ever cargo-inspired livery on an Emirates passenger aircraft, highlighting the seamless integration of Emirates’ global fleet with SkyCargo’s logistics expertise.
