Aeroprime Group has unveiled ‘Glid,’ a next-gen unified airline retailing platform. Glid connects OTAs, consolidators, and travel sellers to FSCs and LCCs through a single API integration, offering seamless access to fares, ancillaries, and inventory, including NDC and XML-based content. The plug-and-play technology simplifies the retailing process and expands distribution for global airlines. This launch reinforces Aeroprime’s position as a key innovator in the airline services sector.
ADTOI Andhra Pradesh Chapter elects new Office Bearers for 2025-2027
In line with the ADTOI Memorandum of Association, elections were held to appoint new office bearers for the Andhra Pradesh Chapter. Elected unopposed, Mr. K. Vijay Mohan (Holiday World) is the new Chairman, Mr. Padhi Srinivas (VTZ Travel Links) takes charge as General Secretary, and Mr. Lal Chand Sharma (Rajdhani Tours & Travels) is the Treasurer. All office bearers hail from Visakhapatnam and will serve a two-year term from 2025 to 2027.
Wyndham to launch 100 Super 8 Hotels in Saudi Arabia
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Le Park Concord Company to open 100 Super 8 by Wyndham hotels across Saudi Arabia over the next ten years. Backed by the Ministry of Tourism, the move supports the Kingdom’s tourism goals. Le Park Concord currently operates 900 rooms across 13 properties, with 13 more hotels in development. This strategic expansion reinforces Wyndham’s growing footprint in the Middle East hospitality market.
Prasoon Pandey appointed GM at The Leela Palace Udaipur
The Leela Palace Udaipur has promoted Prasoon Pandey to General Manager. Having joined the hotel as Hotel Manager in 2023, Pandey brings over two decades of luxury hospitality experience. He started his career in housekeeping and rose through various leadership roles in city and leisure hotels. Prior to The Leela, he was GM at boutique luxury resorts and played a key role in launching several high-end properties across India.
