Govt sanctions Rs 1.02 Cr for Ramakkalmedu tourist site
In a big boost to nature-bound tourism, Kerala government has sanctioned Rs 1,02,40,305 for scaling up amenities at Ramakkalmedu, one of the most sought out destinations in the high range Idukki district. Reputed as Kerala’s ‘Cradle of Wind’, Ramakkalmedu offers a panoramic over view of a vast swath of verdant land, clustered with villages and small towns in Tamil Nadu across the state borders. The wind farm nearby is an added attraction of the site. The site attracts around 10,000 visitors a day.
ACL Airshop and IndiGo forms partnership for ULD management services and logistics
ACL Airshop has announced a strategic multi-year agreement with IndiGo to provide full ULD Management and Logistics Services. The agreement covers both cargo and growing passenger operations, marking ACL Airshop’s official expansion into the Indian subcontinent. The partnership will involve the supply and management of the IndiGo ULD fleet to meet their current and future operations. The deal also includes maintenance and repair services, access to the ACL Airshop network and short-term fleet.
