#First Opinion
“I believe Artificial Intelligence (AI) can significantly contribute to the growth of the tourism sector, given the increasing reliance on app-based applications by travellers. India aspires to become the third-largest tourism market globally by 2047, and Incredible India must incorporate the best global practices. While the world is growing, India is growing at an even faster pace. The real challenge lies in whether we are simply expanding or growing in a sustainable and meaningful way. If left unmanaged, the tourism sector could lead to cultural dilution. Our focus must be on empowering our cultural heritage through tourism.”

Additional Secretary, Ministry of Tourism
