Russia to launch e-Visa for India Passports holders from August 1
Electronic visa will be launched in Russia from Aug. 1, 2023, allowing Indian nationals to apply for their visa quickly and conveniently. The visa would allow entry into the Russian Federation on a guest, business, tourist visit as well as to participate in events. The term for issuing a single-entry visa would be no more than four calendar days and consular fee would be around $40.
The Fern Hotels & Resorts takes over The Metropole Hotel, Ahmedabad
The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the takeover of The Metropole Hotel, Ahmedabad under the company’s revenue-share model. This is the company’s 24th operational hotel in Gujarat. The hotel is currently operational and undergoing refurbishment and upgradation. On completion, it will be rebranded as The Fern Residency Subhash Bridge, Ahmedabad, and offer 69 rooms & suites.
BWH SM Hotels to launch Best Western Premier in India
BWH SM Hotels will launch its upscale Best Western Premier brand in India in 2025. The company has signed an agreement with Kiwi Hospitality to welcome the Best Western Premier Airport Road Amritsar as the very first Best Western Premier in the country. Due to open in Q3 2025, the Best Western Premier in Amritsar is located close to airport.
