Air India maximises Lounge Access coverage
Air India has expanded and enhanced its network of lounges across airports in India and at all overseas destinations. It has increased the coverage of lounge access from 16 to 26 airports in India, having entered partnerships with airport lounges at Dibrugarh, Indore, Jammu, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Nagpur, Patna, Srinagar, and Vadodara. Additionally, at 11 airports where no lounges are available, Air India has partnered with the best available food courts. Outside of the country, Air India has enhanced its lounge offering by partnering with the best available lounges at multiple airports.
SAUDIA fleet expands to include new A321neo Aircraft
SAUDIA has announced the expansion of its fleet with the addition of new aircraft type, Airbus A321neo under the slogan “A neo-way of flying.” This feeds into SAUDIA’s expansion plans as the airline aims to add 20 more A321neo aircrafts to its fleet by 2026. The aircraft offers new levels of performance, seating 180 to 220 passengers in a typical two-class interior layout.

VietJet Air announces new route from Ho Chi Minh City to Trichy
VietJet Air’s new route to India from Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) to Trichy (TRZ) will start effective November 3, 2023. This will be VietJet Air’s 5th online city in India after DEL, BOM, AMD and COK (commencing from 12th Aug). VietJet Air will be operating three flights per week to TRZ on the day Mon, Wed and Fri with Airbus 320 connecting Trichy to Vietnam, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Seoul, Narita, Bali and many more destination.
