“On behalf of the TAAI Northern Region, it was a privilege to host our first members’ meet at the Hilton Garden Inn, Saket, marking a meaningful beginning for our newly elected committee. Dr. R.K. Suman, Regional Director, India Tourism, New Delhi, was the Chief Guest and gave assurance of support for advancing tourism. Awanish Mishra, Tourist Information Officer, Tourism-Delhi, also delivered a valuable presentation on the seamless online process for the registration and certification of travel service providers with the Department of Tourism. We presented Mr. Sham Nijhawan, Chairman of Nijhawan Group with a plaque as a small gesture of appreciation for his unwavering support to TAAI and its members. Looking ahead, my vision for TAAI Northern Region is to strengthen our collective growth, champion tourism advancements, and create a thriving ecosystem for our members.”
