Chef Tamoghna Chakraborty has extensive experience in the culinary industry, and his motto is ‘Ultimate guest satisfaction’ while maintaining high standards, innovative & progressive food, analyzing food costs, hygiene implementation, and motivating his team for excellence. His expertise is in Western, Mediterranean, Thai & Japanese Cuisine. Prior to joining Aloft New Delhi Aerocity, he was working as the Executive Chef with Hotel Raintree St. Mary’s, Chennai.
