The exhibition featured over 100 slots, with convention centres, hotels, tourism boards, DMCs, PCOs, event companies and MICE service providers participating. International buyers represented 18 countries, alongside a strong domestic contingent from associations, corporates, healthcare and academic bodies.
The conclave was inaugurated by Union Tourism and Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Delhi Tourism Minister Kapil Mishra. Other dignitaries included Dr Senthil Gopinath, CEO, ICCA; Jawed Ashraf, Chairman, ITPO; Sunil Anchipaka, Managing Director, Delhi Tourism; and Dr Neeraj Kharwal, Managing Director, ITPO.

Knowledge sessions, pre-scheduled B2B meetings, reverse marketing interactions and the exhibition highlighted India’s growing MICE capabilities. In a significant announcement, CIC will continue to be held in Delhi at Bharat Mandapam for the next two years, strengthening continuity for the country’s flagship MICE platform.
