Courtyard by Marriott debuts in Ghaziabad with 106-key hotel
Courtyard by Marriott has opened its first hotel in Ghaziabad, strengthening Marriott International’s presence across Delhi NCR. Located in Rajnagar Extension, the 106-key property features two dining venues, an outdoor pool, fitness centre and spa. It also offers over 8,000 sq ft of event space, including a 5,100-sq-ft Grand Ballroom, catering to business travellers, leisure guests, weddings and social celebrations.
Cygnett signs 50-key Cozzet Hotel near Khatu Shyam
Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has signed a 50-key Cozzet hotel at Ringas, near Khatu Shyam in Rajasthan, expanding its premium economy portfolio. Located around 18 km from Khatu Shyam Ji Temple and 100 metres from Ringas railway station, the hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, health club, swimming pool and 2,500 sq ft banquet venue. The brownfield property is expected to open by mid-2027.
