In his role at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar, Chef Husain will oversee all culinary operations of the hotel, including menu development, food quality standards, kitchen operations, and team management. He will also focus on enhancing guest dining experiences across the hotel’s restaurants, banquets, and specialty offerings while maintaining high standards of hygiene and operational efficiency.
Chef Husain brings extensive experience in menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining international kitchen standards. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed high-volume kitchens, ensured strict adherence to food safety protocols, and implemented efficient cost management practices without compromising on taste and quality.
His expertise also includes managing buffet operations, live food counters, banquet dining, and coordinating with service teams to deliver seamless culinary experiences for guests. With a strong focus on teamwork and operational discipline, he has consistently led kitchen teams to perform efficiently even during high-pressure service hours.
