RHG signs 1st internationally branded resort in West Bengal’s Kalimpong
Radisson Hotel Group signed Radisson Resort Kalimpong, marking its entry into Kalimpong, West Bengal. The property will offer calming views of Kanchenjunga and feature 90 guest rooms and 10 suites. The resort will house an all-day dining restaurant and tea lounge. It will also feature MICE facilities – a banquet hall, conference room, business lounge and meeting rooms, suitable for corporate or social gatherings and weddings. The resort will enjoy convenient road access to towns across West Bengal and Sikkim. Melbourne to host major sporting events drawing Americans in September
Melbourne is set to become the first city in the world to host an international tennis Grand Slam, a Formula One Grand Prix and an NFL Regular Season game in September. The season opener between the will take place at the MCG on September 11, 2026, making it the first NFL Regular Season game played in Australia. More than 151,000 people have registered their interest in the game. The game is also expected to draw thousands of American fans to the city. The game builds on Visit Victoria and its partnership with the NFL and the Los Angeles Rams.
